Refund Policy

Please carefully read our refund policy and familiarize yourself with the requirements so that you become versed on when and why a refund or credit may be issued. The policy is valid for all workshops, discussion groups and other programs offered by the Mothers' Center of the South Shore (MCSS). The option of a full refund or credit will be given if the MCSS cancels a class. If you need to cancel a class, this must be done at least 48 hours prior to the start of the class; at which time a credit will be given. Once a class begins no refunds or credits will be issued. Any request for an exemption must be submitted in writing to the Steering Committee.
